Bit 1 is on the left (MSB) and bit 16 is at the right (LSB)

Bit 1     IBHFM Calibrate State
          0 = OFF
          1 = ON

Bit 2     IBHFM Range State
          0 = LOW
          1 = HIGH

Bit 3     IBHFM Auto Ranging State
          0 = MANUAL
          1 = AUTO

Bit 4     IBHFM Clock State
          0 = OFF
          1 = ON

Bit 5     Electric Flipper State
          0 = NORMAL
          1 = REVERSE

Bit 6     IBLFM Calibrate State
          0 = OFF
          1 = ON

Bits 7,8,9     IBLFM Range State
          000 = 0
          001 = 1
          010 = 2
          011 = 3
          100 = 4
          101 = 5
          110 = 6
          111 = 7

Bit 10    IBLFM Auto Ranging State
          0 = MANUAL
          1 = AUTO

Bits 11,12,13,14,15,16  

Binary  100100  =  Inboard Select
                   MAG CMD 1 should always end this way
