Is there anyway to increase the execution speed?
There are two things you can do. Decimating the input image speeds up the
inversion by about the square of the decimation factor. If you decimate
the input image by 2 the execution time should decrease by about 4. Also,
plotting in Tk is extremely slow so if you are running a large number of
inversions turn off all plotting.
Can I just output the measured image without going through the inversion?
Yes. If you just want to see the measured image to check on the effects
of the background subtraction or effects of decimation, turn off all other
plots and make sure that the Print Mesh option has been set to NO.
