The Dump File Format

The ASCII dump file has the basic shown below.

If begins with a label which identifies the file as an UDF ASCII dump file. Following this is the beginning year and day of the data dumped. An identification key follows this. The KEY provides: the column number associated with the measurement; what the measurement is; what units the measurement has; and the UDF SOURCE of the measurement. After the KEY comes the measurements themselves. Each measurement is output in a unique column. Each row in the file represents a single acquisition of all the data being returned. Array data will be output in multiple rows with each row being one value in the array as shown in the dump below.

The beginning and ending time in hours, minutes, seconds, and fractions of seconds is output in the first two columns of each row. Times for array measurements are only output for the first element in the array.
