      <Description>Hourly count rates from U. Iowa Geiger Tube Telescope (GTT)
carried on Pioneer 10.  There are five rates: electrons &gt; 0.06 MeV plus protons
&gt; 25 MeV; e &gt; 5 MeV plus p &gt; 30 MeV; e &gt;0.55 MeV plus p &gt; 6.6 MeV; e &gt; 21 MeV
plus p &gt; 80 MeV; e &gt; 31 MeV plus p &gt; 80 MeV.  The data are ftp-accessible in
annual ASCII files and via FTPBrowser.  The hourly averages were computed at
NSSDC from 15-min data still offline (as of Feb. 2009).</Description>
