HERE IS the IDL code as idl .sav files: In order to execute these files in IDL, the .sav files must lie in a directory that is in the IDL path

• cdaweb_get_bin.sav.
• creader_creator.sav.
• spike_editor.sav.

NOTE each .sav files is stand-alone, both spike_editor and creader_creator are included in cdaweb_get_bin.sav.
