DATA_ORGANIZATION_NOTE: In the ISEE 4-second averaged magnetic field data files the magnetic field vector values (BX, BY and BZ) preceed the total field value (BT) in each data record. Conversely, in the 60-second averaged magnetic field data files the total field value (BT) preceeds the magnetic field vector values (BX, BY and BZ) in each data record.
