The plasma parameter predict files for  2005 have been updated and placed on the web.  

The files are located at
ftp://nssdcftp.gsfc.nasa.gov/spacecraft_data/image/RPI/plasma_predict/
(REMEMBER to hit the refresh button on your browser)

The individual text files for this year are located in
  2005/

or the gzipped tar file of all the individual text files is
  aaa_2005_image_predict.tar.gz


Everyone using BinBrowser or EdRPI should update their local plasma parameter predict files with the lastest ones at this location.
