Introduction

The GUI Configuration Tool provides a means for configuring the widget properties in many of the UDF GUI interface menus. The application is installed as part of the TCLGUI software package which can be installed or updated via the udfLibrarian application.

The main features contained in the configuration tool are:

• allows the setting of background, foreground, and text colors;
• allows the selection of both the text size and font style;
• allows the selection of widget relief styles.

This manual describes the widget properties that can be changed using this GUI Configuration Tool and what effect they have on the widgets. It should be noted that altering a property of a widget class will not necessarily result in a change in all widgets of that class in a menu as the menu developer can hard set any property for any widget.
