Comment: On orbit 3520, doy 193, an extra 10 minutes or so were added to
	 the "instrument ON" period.  Burst and FastSurvey were lengthened
	 accordingly.
	 FastSurvey was forced ON three times for conjunctions.
	 All N.Hem. collections overlapped contacts, and none in S.Hem. did.
	 On orbit 3530 (in the second day of this set of loads) the
	 total SlowSurvey to be used is more than the total memory available.
	 On orbit 3520, S.Hem. commands were deleted due to low FastSurvey.
