The .FPM files contain the CRRES magnetometer data already converted to 
magnetic field components. The files consist of 16-byte frames containing UT,
Bx,By,Bz in INTEL floating-point format. These files can be converted back to
the original sensor outputs by reversing the processing done by the code in
MAGCAL2.FOR in the \MAG subdirectory, using the .CAL files listed there.  Each
block of 50 orbits has a separate .CAL file. e.g., orbits 1=50 use MAG001.CAL,
51-100 use MAG002.CAL, etc.
