Merged Ness/Sonett 82 Second Averaged Magnetometer Data

Description

This data set consists of merged 81.92-s magnetic B-field data (from the IMP-E experiment of Ness and the IMP-E experiment of Sonett) on a binary magnetic tape written on an IBM 360 computer. The physical blocks are of variable length and contain logical records of 34 32-bit words. The logical records consist of a sequence month; time in year, day, hour, minute, and second; sequence averaged field magnitude; GSE theta, phi, X, Y, and Z; GSM X, Y, and Z; satellite position, GSM; and selenocentric satellite position.
